Really enjoyed the clean room with a sofa bed and the way it was setup.

Pleasant experience there. Fairly clean, hip new hotel with really helpful and wonderfully friendly stuff. Hot breakfast, good food. Cool rooms with comfortable beds, excellent value.

The location here is great whether you're in town for work or fun, and the staff is super helpful. The rooms are clean and really nice, mine even had a comfy sofa bed. The breakfast was hot and they had cereals and fruit to munch on. 🥐

A typical Best Western, you get what you book. Rooms very clean, good beds, clean bathroom. Everything ok, no luxury, but you don't expect that when you book here, we were there for two nights and overall very satisfied.

Received a sweet upgrade to a king room with 3 queen beds 🎉. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, so close to downtown.

The TV had very few channels and remote was not working properly. Breakfast was average.

I asked for a room with a king bed, three queen beds, and a couch, and they hooked me up. All that for just $120! The staff here were super nice and really helped me out when I needed it. 😊

A beautifully appointed room in every way. Very clean. Plenty of space. Excellent mattress. A really complete breakfast. A cheerful welcoming staff.

Precise location was a bit hard to find.

The room was clean and big, and it came with a microwave.

There was no concierge, had to carry my bags myself, the breakfast was extremely basic, there was no toothpaste in the bathroom, no complimentary water in the room, the hot water in my bathroom wasn't running and they didn't fix it even after I complained. The worst part is, I forgot some of my personal items in the room, and I called a few hours after check out and they had trashed my things. Horrible hotel and I suggest no one stays there. Very unprofessional staff, breakfast was served in paper plates. The whole experience was horrible. It was a waste of money.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and in the Houston area. It is a great choice for both business and pleasure. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive and the facilities provided are top-notch. We also loved the ample parking space and the easy access to transportation. Everything we needed was close by, from restaurants to attractions.
